Our financing for housing loans is currently limited to foreigners with Filipino spouses. Applications for this facility will also be subject to Allied Saving Bank's usual credit evaluation. Their basic requirements for the processing of loan applications,aside from submitting the legal and documentary requirements are as follows:
Submission of photocopy of the title to the property and tax declaration for appraisal and authentication purposes;
The Bank will finance the acquisition up to 70 - 75%;Property appraisal fee is Phil Peso 2,500.00/ title
The current interest rate are as follows: - If fixed for 1 year 9.0%
- If fixed for 2 yrs 9.25 %
- If fixed for 3 yrs 9.5 %
- If fixed for 4 yrs 9.75%
- If fixed for 5 yrs 9.75%
(These rates are subject to change according to market trends) For approved loans ,ASB require monthly payment of principal amortization and interest via post dated checks or remittance.
