The Agrias Suites, Aedon and Claudina (Villa 28) are both thirty unit apartment / condominium blocks situated off the 9th hole of the 18 hole Par 72 championship course, surrounded by the Islands natural landscaped beauty.

Owners package also includes a corporate golf membership to be used by owners & rental occupancy.      

We now are able to offer finance  packages for Filipino Nationals via Allied Savings Bank in Manila. Non National finance packages will be confirmed before the end of 2008. The Agrias Suites will be exclusively managed via Quantum Hotel and Resorts, who will be working within the duties of the rental agreement.  Working capital of £250.00 will be required for operational appliances which are extra to owners furniture pack.

Both Aedon and Claudina have 24 x 1 bed Studio 's and 6 x 2 bed apartments per block. They are set on  the matured hillside and feature deluxe furniture & fixtures, private outdoor terraces for private lounging or dining all of which overlooks the graceful contours of the majestic front nine holes. Guest facilities within  the Fairways and Bluewater club include a restaurant, bar, infinity swimming pool, this also includes 24hr room service.  Agrias Suite guests will be met at Caticlan Airport and taken by complimentary boat transfer directly to Agrias Suites after a brief vehicle ride.

The island, surrounded by fine powdery white sand, crystal clear sea and well preserved coral reefs, has consistently been ranked as one of the top ten beaches of the world by surveys conducted by Discovery Travel & Adventure, National Geographic, Harpers’ & Queens, and the BMW Tropical Beach Handbook.

Guests will arrive from Manila or Cebu via 50 or more regular flights a day which lands directly at Caticlan Airport, a mere 20 minute scenic & leisurely boat ride away. All owners / paying guests will have access to private and complementary TransPacific boats and taxi services from Caticlan to Boracay.

The surrounding aquamarine water allows a variety of activities: swimming, scuba diving, sun bathing, or a soothing massage at the beach or cabanas; sailing (paraw - a local outrigger with a sail or hobiecats); picnicking on secluded coves (catamaran or paraw); rowing, fishing, boat trips (catamaran/yacht); snorkeling (scuba diving - ranging from introductory to advanced - can be arranged), and guided eco-tours of the island (bat caves, forest, mountain etc) on ATVs or motorbikes.

In addition to water sports, Agrias owners can enjoy endless rounds of golf at the Graham V. Marsh designed Par 72 Fairwarys & Bluewater Golf and Country Club, as ownership at Agrias Suites comes with playing rights here.
