Hi Paul

How do I start to thank you for an incredible journey. Both Lorraine and myself have experienced something in life we did not see possible.

Your hospitality and friendly face certainly enhanced our trip. We have not stopped talking about our experiences and the memories we have are for life.

Please also thank Lito for us, I don’t think I have ever met such lovely people in my 40 years.

I sincerely hope APB, Yourselves and Me have a bright and long lasting relationship ahead.

As promised please find attached the photos we took for you for BBCH. I hope they are good enough.

Have a safe journey home my new friend and once again a thousand thank you’s

Kind Regards

RS

Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed myself in BBCH, although I was a little disappointed I could not stay in my own unit as first thought, I was more than pleased with the substitute hotel, and found the island of boracay a complete dream and can only look forward to my next visit!  also David and Lito along with many others could not do enough to help me  both on a business and on a personal level, as like so many others I  arrived as a stranger to them but left as a friend.

I would like to thank you all for your support through my purchase with you and reassure anyone who has bought a unit through yourselves not to worry as you are in very good hands.

Many thanks

Paul Persivil

I firstly met both David Jacka and Lito Cubillas, two-thirds of the TransPacific Development management team,(just missed Paul Hewitt by one day), who invited me to lunch in Cebu, where I have been staying, and arranged a trip 2 weeks later.

ImagePrior to this trip, I had initially regarded my Investment AT BORACAY BEACH RESORT as, just that, an Investment, without planning to spend much time there, as I had assumed that Boracay was full of tourists and accommodation for them would be in great demand.

This of course is still true, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the condominium site is in the more exclusive Station One part of the island, more peaceful and within 50 metres or so from a great beach. Anyone wishing to travel to the busier beaches and lively atmosphere (station two and three) where there are a variety of good restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, during day or evening can do so easily, by either strolling along the longer stretch of beach or by readily available transport, which I understand will be provided by the Development team, when the project is fully completed.

For golfing enthusiasts, the site is around 10 minutes drive to an excellent golf course which I visited and whose membership is free to clients and rental guests of the condos.

I have to say also that the development team is extremely well managed and my visit there was handled expertly by Lito and his site Engineer, Duane who afforded me as much time and hospitality, as I needed at the site and the resort.

For me it was a great, productive 3 day visit and my opinion of Boracay exceeded my expectations, as did my opinion of the development team and their work and I can honestly say that I am delighted to have made this investment and plan to spend as much time there in the future as I am able to do so.

"Paradise Island"

I have just returned from 5 days in Boracay. WOW! It's certainly the most beautiful island I've ever been to, and I'm been to a lot. The sand is so white and fine and the sea is clear aqua, and very clean. I've finally found the place they take the 'Paradise Island' photos at for postcards! Truly, it's exceptionally beautiful, and deserves its status as one of the Top 10 Beaches in the World.

I think it's definitely a sound investment. There is a shortage of accommodation and the number of tourists is increasing. I didn't like the hotel I was allocated, so tried 5 other hotels - and they were all full. I couldn't believe it. And it's not peak season yet! Even with all the development going on, the occupancy rates look set to stay at 85-95% - excellent news for investors.

Boracay Beach Condo Hotel - is located in a prime area, the best part of White Beach in my opinion (very pretty end and quieter) and yet still near to all the restaurants and shops. I strongly feel it will easily rent out every night during season. It is set back from the beach and on raised land, so there's a nice breeze, while only two minutes walk down onto the beach. The construction is on target, and they were hard at work, and the infinity pool is really big, so should be very nice on completion. I am happy with its location and think as an investment it will prove sound. In retrospect, personally, I probably wouldn't use it as a long-term holiday home, since I think it will be very busy with tourists. It is great as a pure investment.

Fairways & Bluewater Golf Course & Country Club - a fantastic golf course, beautiful and interesting. The golfers I met there said it was a highly enjoyable course to play. The scenery is spectacular, with rolling hills, the ocean, exotic flowers and plants. Absolutely wonderful. Apparently, it's very popular with Presidents, Prime Ministers and celebrities, and they deliberately keep it quiet and selective to maintain privacy for its members. The Club House was nice enough but the private beaches and sea views were really lovely. I just loved it there.

Agrias Suites, located overlooking the 9th hole - these will be prestigious apartments and a perfect holiday home setting as well as investment. Tranquil and serene, set back off the path to the club house, which is only a 5 minute walk away (or there is a shuttle every 10 mins or so). Should attract excellent capital growth, as well as a steady renter. It's more for golfers, and is very self-contained with everything you need on site (restaurants, bars, spa, beaches etc). The architecture is colonial style and looks elegant and upmarket, and the landscaped gardens and golf course views are spectacular and peaceful. I really liked this development. It had a spiritual quality about it too. Very pleasant indeed.

I had a great trip and came back feeling certain this is an exceptional investment location.

"Welcome to Boraakai" - Sandhya Shah

Actual email from site visit of Sandhya Shah, who was the first fully organised site visit to Boracay in November 2006, she and her brother have purchased an apartment in Block A.

Welcome to Boraakai!!!
The word ‘Paradise’ is not enough to describe the beauty, serenity and mystery of this amazing Island.

There is so much to tell and I have not a clue where to begin!!!

I guess I may as well start right from the beginning…..

My brother (Sanj) and I embarked on this unknown journey completely mystified and scared to say not the least.  I was very excited about the whole trip but I did refrain from telling Sanj about the 36 odd hours it may take to get there!!!  So as you can imagine all that I heard all the way was ‘Are we there yet?’

The journey itself was something from Indiana Jones and the Island of Boracay!! It took us 3 airplanes, 2 boat rides and a taxi just to finally get to the Island and that too was literally in the water!!!

It was amazing!  The Island was buzzing (even during the rainy season!!), powder white sand and crystal clear blue water……..another world at last!!!

The first night we spent exploring the ample restaurants and bars and of course indulging in as many cocktails as we could take!  The locals were so friendly and there was an immediate sense of safety and welcome on the Island.  There was no hostility from anyone.  To me this was fairly important as no matter how beautiful an Island can be, if the locals and tourists are not friendly you would not enjoy yourself!!

Sandhya and the fireworks on the beach
The first day had gone by with such positive vibes and we just could not wait to meet with Lito the next morning who was going to show us around the development site.  I was finally at rest and no longer terrified of the unknown….

Lito came to meet us at the Hotel and took us directly to the development site.  Of course at the moment there was nothing but a plot of land with palm trees!!!  But he did well to describe the location of the rooms and the Hotel so that we can try to create a mental picture.  And I could see that where I was standing was in the middle of a future pool!  I don’t know where Sanj was standing!!!

We then progressed on the ‘road to the beach’ and as soon as we arrived I was totally amazed at how quiet and beautiful this part of the ‘White Beach’ really was!  Although the Hotel is not front line the walk from the Beach Resort would only be less than 60 seconds (if that!) and I was so thrilled to know that it was definitely on the best stretch of the entire beach!!  The Four Seasons were building their Hotel only a few doors away and I could not see any further developments being built which would be worthy of investment.  If you have brought a unit at the Boracay Beach Resort, rest assured you have a fantastic investment!!!  Personally, I have no intention of selling as I love the Island so much that I can’t wait to go back!!!

And for anyone who has not…..please go and grab one unit as these deals don’t come by every day!!!  And no I am NOT a Sales Consultant, I am just an ordinary someone who is very passionate about this opportunity and the Island!

But don’t go just yet, the story does not end here…..so as I was saying, after we had seen the development site, Lito took us to the Fairways Golf Resort.  I don’t play golf but Sanj told me it was a golfers haven.  Imagine playing golf with beautiful sea views….I guess I must take up golf sometime!  And the best part is each unit holder will have access to this gorgeous golf course!

The rest of the day went by with so much fun as Lito spent the evening with us chatting away (sometimes in Japanese with me…but hey after a few drinks I guess anyone can chat one or two languages!!) eating (please don’t go to the Indian Restaurant…so not recommended!) and drinking Jack Daniels with Sanj!!....yes they even managed to get a memorabilia.  We even got to see fireworks on the sea!  Sanj and I truly enjoyed his company and it was a shame he had to go back the next day.   But we are sure going to catch up for New Year 2008!!!...and of course with Jack Daniels!!

You know…I am going to stop right here because there is so much more to tell you about the Island but I feel that somethings are best left for you to discover yourself!!!

Sanj and I wish to truly thank David, Lito, Paul, for all their help in organising flights and accommodation at such sort notice!!!

On a final note, not only have we secured a great investment, the best investment is the friends which we have made along the way!!!

Sandhya and Sanj
